The basic Advance format is: Friday Morning at 10:00 AM; Friday Afternoon at 2:00 PM; Friday Evening at 7:00 PM, and on Saturday Morning at 9:00 AM - Noon.  The advance officially ends at 12:00 Noon on Saturday -  with an optional 12:15 PM lunch opportunity, if desired, before departure,  

 

We are offering on Thursday (where we have an averaging about 2/3 of the attendees) who now like to arrive on Thursday Afternoon for an "optional" informal Prayer Time that begins at 3:00 PM. This is followed at 5:30 PM by Thursday Evening Dinner. Then later, from 7:00 PM - 10:00 PM, we have a continuing optional time of Prayer - plus open sharing by men (in 5 minutes or less) where they have a brief opportunity to introduce themself and also express any special needs and/or what's happening in their life.
